most of our knits ship from our own warehouse and studio in lima, peru. some styles ship from new york — the product page tells you which.
orders go out within 8 days, then 3–7 days in transit — so allow up to about two weeks.
shipping is $4.95, and we cover all tariffs and duties — nothing to pay at your door.
orders from lima travel with fedex, and a signature is required on delivery. we know that isn’t always convenient and we’re working with the carrier on it.

Our policy lasts 30 days. Please keep in mind that the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it - including the original packaging (the cotton bag and ribbon too, please!).
