Return Policy
We want you to love the heck out of your purchase, but in the event you don't or you need a different size, rest assured you can return or exchange.
We also offer a $5 Flat Rate Return Fee - for easy returns.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. Please keep in mind that the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it - including the original packaging (the cotton bag and ribbon too, please!).
You may request a return through our returns portal.
Sale items can be exchanged or returned for store credit — not refunded. Anything marked final sale can't be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
Exchanges are the fastest way to get the right piece. Start one in the returns portal — the same place as a return — and swap for a different size or color in the same style, pick something else entirely, or take store credit. No need to place a second order and wait on a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
