Return Policy
We want you to love the heck out of your purchase, but in the event you don't or you need a different size, rest assured you can return or exchange.
We also offer a $5 Flat Rate Return Fee - for easy returns (sorry we aren't able to accept returns on items purchased on sale or during our warehouse sale).
Just a heads up we don't cover return shipping costs, but don't worry we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your invoice after we receive the item!
Returns
*Extended Holiday Return Policy: Purchases made between Nov 15th 2025 and Dec 24th 2025 may be returned by Jan 10th, 2026*
Our policy lasts 30 days. Please keep in mind that the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it - including the original packaging (the cotton bag and ribbon too, please!).
You may request a return through your the returns portal.
Items purchased on sale or promotion are final sale. Any items purchased on our site during the buy more, waste less sale are eligible for exchange, but not return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
