We want you to love the heck out of your purchase, but in the event you don't or you need a different size, rest assured you can return or exchange.

Just a heads up we don't cover return shipping costs, but don't worry we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your invoice after we receive the item!

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. Please keep in mind that the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it - including the original packaging (the cotton bag and ribbon too, please!).

Exchanges

At this time we are unable to accommodate exchanges but we hope to in the future. Please request a return through your customer account and place a new order for the size you would like to exchange and we will ship it right out. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
