Q: How does Try Before You Buy work?

Select 3–10 eligible pieces and choose “Try at Home” at checkout. You won’t be charged upfront — we’ll place an authorization hold on your card, but no payment is taken today. Once your order arrives, you’ll have 7 days to try everything at home , followed by 10 days to return what you don’t want .

Q: How does shipping work

All Try Before You Buy orders include a $4.95 carbon-conscious shipping fee (tariffs and fees included). For try-on only orders , shipping is charged after your trial (not at checkout) For mixed carts (Try Before You Buy + regular items), shipping is charged at checkout

Q: How do returns work?

Returns are completed through our standard return portal . A $5 return fee applies, which will be deducted when your return is processed. You’ll only be charged for the items you keep.

Your 7-day trial begins once your order is delivered. After that, you’ll have up to 10 additional days to send back any items you don’t want.
