Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to shop The Endery, read about how our knitwear is made, and get help when they need it. We are making efforts to maintain and increase the accessibility of this website so that people with disabilities have full and equal enjoyment of our online goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, and accommodations.

This is ongoing work rather than a finished project. When we find an accessibility problem, we fix it through the same process we use for any other bug on the site, and we check the site again whenever we change it.

Tell us what is not working

If something on this site is hard or impossible for you to use, we want to hear about it. Your feedback tells us what to fix first, and it is the most useful thing we receive.

It helps if you can tell us what page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. If you use a screen reader, voice control, or another assistive tool, knowing which one helps us reproduce the problem.

We also welcome any suggestion for how the accessibility of this site could be improved, whether or not something went wrong for you.
