The Endery X The Knit Edit - waste not cardigan knitting pattern
Introducing our first knitting pattern collab with Charlie from The Knit Edit!
Knitting is a labor of love and we see knitting patterns as a natural extension of The Endery's mission: to support sustainable, slow fashion through the use of all "the ends," making sure no bit of yarn goes to waste. We paired with The Knit Edit because of her approaches to the leftovers, and also her fun, colorful patterns which aim to make knitting accessible and contemporary. The multicolor color-blocking of the cardigan bring to life our vision for vibrant design, craft and the use of deadstock.
The waste not cardigan is a oversized, long cardigan made from any kind of yarn - aran, chunky, DK options are all included in this multi-colored technique, but the pattern has been created with aim to be flexible to what you have at home! The technique for how to color block and blend these colors is included in the pattern, and this marbling technique is unique to the The Knit Edit and she reveals her secret method inside.
